I spent 16 whole dollars on this game, played 3 hours because I thought my son would be able to play it with me from college once he got on, and then we both found out that it doesn't work. You haven't been scammed, because the game was never advertised as online co-op. The fact you believe all games MUST be online co-op if there is a co-op mode in 2017 just shows how ignorant you really are. The game has never been advertised as online co-op. They developed the game, they add what they want. Well it does matter what the store page says, not only that but basically what the developer says. How many times does it take to explain this to a bunch of wizard virgins? It doesn't matter how many times you try to convince yourself that you can do without online multiplayer (maybe you can seeing as how you probably lack friends in real life). The fact that this feature is missing 4 months later, and even at launch, is bad, plain and simple. For the millionth time, it doesn't matter what the store page says. Now, I do wish that they'd add online multiplayer as well, so I agree with you on that standpoint. Lastly, online multiplayer was not promised by the devs, and thus, people shouldn't be complaining about it and should really be simply suggesting it. Obviously it implies that this game on a large margin is ment for only one person, with the option of 2 players in case you and a friend/relative want to play the game together. Secondly, its your fault for not reading the tags in which it clearly states "Singleplayer". All it does is allow a secondary player to join in, and really, it makes it harder to get good grades on the bosses (neither player can take any damage in order to get the perfect 3/3 HP ranking). First off, co-op is not central to the game in any way, shape, or form. The fact that a game where co-op is central to the game does not have online multiplayer in 2017 is just bad.
